WHY SHOULD I GET MY GUTTERS CLEANED?

This is probably the most important service we offer at KSR Clean. It's a dirty job but it has to be done. Gutter systems are designed to control the flow of water away from your home.

If you don’t do gutter cleaning regularly, it WILL cause:

  • Flooded basements and garages

  • Cracked foundations

  • insect breeding ground

  • & wood damage

 

HOW WE DO GUTTER CLEANING

 

KSR use methods that are safe and effective — No guess work here. We use our specialized rubber ladder plating and standoffs to prevent damage to your house and gutters. We disassemble and flow test any downspouts that were clogged. A complementary before and after picture are taken to assure you that your gutters were cleaned. And cleaned correctly.

DID YOU KNOW?

Sometimes gutters or roofs aren’t installed correctly which can also cause problems. The pitch (angle that it was installed) may be wrong or the roof’s leading edge may be covering too large a portion of the gutter which doesn’t allow enough water to go through and ends up spilling over.

 

STAINLESS GUTTER SCREEN INSTALL

 

Over the years, KSR has heard numerous complaints about Gutter Guards and Leaf Guards. When it's raining, the water just runs over the guards and doesn't catch the rain. It's almost as if the gutters weren't even there. Screens, though, are another story. Certified/Trained in gutter screen installation from Gutter Glove, our technicians use high quality stainless screens from Lansing and are often times ready to install them the same day.

DID YOU KNOW?

No gutter system is maintenance-free. Even with gutter covers or screens, debris will still eventually collect in valleys where there are splash guards, screens need to be brushed off occasionally to prevent moss accumulation. Sometimes home owners decide its better to get their gutters cleaned 1-2 times a year and get updates from our cleaning team for potential problems.
